During his visit to Sainte-Flavie, Capt Drew took care to include in his logbook a day of breaststroke with the Ketch team. For the occasion, we used a hop less common in IPAs, Hallertau Blanc paired with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, for maximum fruity, extra creamy and round flavor, complex in Hop flavors.
